Paper Submission Guidelines

  • Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts using the official conference proceedings template provided for Microsoft Word or LaTeX. Before submitting their papers, authors should carefully review the conference author guidelines and ensure that the manuscript follows the required formatting and submission requirements.
  • Authors are encouraged to provide complete and accurate affiliation details for all authors, including their full name, department, institution, city, country, and email address. The corresponding author should be clearly identified in the manuscript and will be responsible for communication with the conference organizers and publisher throughout the publication process.
  • For accepted papers, the corresponding author may be required to complete and sign the applicable publishing or copyright agreement on behalf of all authors, in accordance with the publisher's requirements.
  • Please note: Once the final manuscript and associated publication files have been submitted to the publisher, changes to the authorship, author order, or corresponding author details may not be permitted. Authors are therefore advised to carefully verify all author information before submitting the final camera-ready manuscript.
  • All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the highest standards of academic quality, integrity, and scientific merit. Each manuscript will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant research area. Where reviewer recommendations differ significantly, an additional reviewer may be assigned to provide further assessment and support a fair decision-making process.
  • Submissions will be assessed based on originality, novelty, technical quality, methodological rigor, significance of contribution, relevance to the conference themes, clarity of presentation, reproducibility where applicable, and adherence to ethical research standards.
  • All papers will be screened for plagiarism and academic integrity prior to review. Submissions containing evidence of plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, or other forms of research misconduct will be rejected. Reviewers and committee members will be required to declare any conflicts of interest and will not participate in the evaluation of papers where such conflicts exist.
  • Final acceptance decisions will be made by the Program Chairs and the Technical Program Chair(s) based on reviewer recommendations, overall quality assessments, and the paper's relevance to the conference scope. Accepted papers must incorporate reviewers' comments and be presented at the conference to be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings, subject to the publisher's final review and approval.
  • Paper length: 10-12 pages (including references)
  • Plagiarism level should be below 15%

Fee Includes

The conference registration fee includes the conference kit, comprising a bag, notepad, and pen, along with lunch and tea/refreshments during the conference. Registered participants will also receive an e-certificate of participation/presentation and a soft copy of the conference proceedings.

VISA Information

ICNGAI 2026 will not directly contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants. International delegates are responsible for applying for the appropriate visa and completing all required formalities directly with the relevant embassy or consulate. However, upon request, the ICNGAI 2026 Conference Confernece Chair may provide an official invitation letter to registered participants to support their visa application process.
